Incentive Program 4 Days in Marrakesh

YOUR TEAM BUILDING

We shall organize your Team Building over a 2 days period. Every team will participate in trainings allowing each to collect a larger number of points. The winning team will be called during the evening cocktail party, organized at the bivouac, to be awarded a prize.

Day 1

Reception and dispatching of luggage at Marrakesh Airport

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel Training 1 : Rally photo in the souks " THE RALLY PHOTO " establishes a team challenge allowing to discover the souks in an extremely playful way. Participants will be divided in teams called each by names of Moroccan cities: Meknès, Fes , Essaouira, etc. Every team will be given a Polaroid and a photo album to collect answers as well as 100 Dh in cash (approximately 10€). The album will contain: the team's name, a double page with explanations of the rules, and a dozen of pages holding a scenario presented as titles under each empty space where pictures will be stuck. At each stage, the team will also have to answer questions relative to Morocco and to Marrakesh . At the last stage, every team will be graded according to: speed, relevance of the answers to questions, creativity and humour of the pictures and amount of money spent.
Lunch at "Kasbah Le Mirage" TRAINING 2 : Olympiads at Kasbah the Mirage Petanque, assembling and dismantling of tent, bag running race, rifle shooting, climbing wall, water carrier races. Opened in 2004, the "Marrakchi" holds a strategic place on the last floor of a building located in border of Square Jemaa El Fna. It offers a brilliant sight over the Koutoubia and the illuminations of the city. Night at the hotel

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel

Raid 4x4 self drive

For this route through the mountains and Berber villages, every team will have three 4x4 at its disposal, departing from the Hotel after a briefing, we shall hand you a road book. This one will indicate the road that will lead you to Imlil. Imlil is a small typical village of the High Atlas, located 80 km South of Marrakesh, culminating at 1700 m , by the foot of the Grand Toubkal.

Lunch in the gardens of Imlil

A lunch will be served under walnuts on the terraces of Imlil where a picnic will be set on for the occasion. From this dominating point of view we shall admire the landscape of the Atlas. You may sit down around coffee tables on benches and stools in the Moroccan tradition.

Mule riding

Between walnuts and agricultural terraces, the roads wind the valley of Asni , farms line this route, on mules or by foot we suggest you to leave for the most authentic discovery of this Berber part of the country. Return by the plateau of Kik.

TRAINING 3 : construction of a rammed earth wall on plateau of Kik

Dynamism, rigour and effort will be magic words, every team will see granted a fixed time to build a piece of rammed earth wall, quality and constructed volume, will allow to decide between the teams.

This wall will be built together with the village inhabitants, every team will collaborate with a " mallem " ( works foreman). This wall will not be useless but built as a start for a collective project for the village.

TRAINING 4 : Quiz on Morocco

During the day clues will be given by the game coach, each will be used again to answer a quiz.

Cocktail, prize-giving and dinner in bivouac

Greeting along the way leading to the bivouac by a guard of honour formed by a folk troop of Ahouach coming from Southern Morocco and implicating "YouYous" of Berber women together with the sounds of drums.

An aperitif will be served at the bar

Dinner under a large nomad tent with low tables, mattresses and stools, Moroccan style
